Thank you for purchasing DVDConverter.APP. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we also need to protect our ability to continue developing and supporting our software.

One-time License Purchases

• We offer a 7-day refund guarantee for one-time license purchases.
• If you experience technical issues that cannot be resolved by our support team, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
• After 7 days, refunds are no longer available.

Subscription Plans

• Subscriptions can be canceled at any time.
• If you cancel your subscription, you will not be charged again.
• We do not provide prorated refunds for unused subscription periods.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@dvdconverter.app with your order details. Our team will review your case and get back to you within 3–5 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted in cases where:

• The software was purchased in error without reviewing the product description.
• More than 7 days have passed since the one-time license purchase.
